Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of abnito.ai (the "Site"), which is run by Abnito, Inc. ("Abnito," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. They cover the website only. Any product, evaluation or services arrangement would be covered by a separate written agreement.

The Site describes what we are working on. It is not an offer to sell anything, and nothing on it is a commitment about products, specifications, availability, pricing or timing. Descriptions of our work may change without notice.

When you contact us through the Site you agree that the information you give is accurate, and that we may use it to respond to you and to follow up, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send confidential, proprietary or trade-secret information through the contact form. Unless we have signed a written confidentiality agreement with you, anything you send is not treated as confidential, and we are free to use ideas and feedback you share with us in our work without owing you payment or credit.

You agree not to:

• use the Site in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, the admin area or other users' data;
• interfere with or overload the Site, or send spam or malicious code through it;
• scrape or copy the Site at scale, or use it to build a competing database, without our permission.

The Site, its design, text, graphics and the Abnito name and logo belong to Abnito or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify or reuse our content or marks for other purposes without our written permission.

The Site may link to other websites, such as our LinkedIn and X profiles. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Abnito and its officers, employees and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

We may change these terms or the Site at any time. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new terms. We may suspend or end access to the Site at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about them or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
